Federal Express usually arrive in 1-5 business days. Orders shipped express to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the US will arrive in 3-7 business days. Backorders are excluded. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment. There are no returns on books or patterns, unless defective.
